Function and principle:

JT-ZS-200 standard vibrating screen machine is based on vibration motor as vibration source, vibration motor vibration drive sieve base vibration, and then through the base conduction to the standard test screen placed on the base, so that less than the test screen mesh material particles sieve into the lower test screen, so that each layer of test screen only the same particle size of the material. Installation adjustment instructions:

First, check before operation

1. Whether the fuselage is properly placed;

2. Whether the standard test screen matched with the standard vibrating screen is well placed;

3. The top and both sides of the standard vibrating screen nut is locked;

4. Whether the fuselage comes into contact with other items.

Second, precautions during operation:

1. Whether there is abnormal noise;

2. Whether there are other abnormal circumstances.

Third, daily maintenance:

1. Before starting:

(A) Note the presence of abnormal noises;

(B) Whether the current is stable;

(C) The vibration is indistinguishable.

2. After use: clean up after each use

 

How to use:

First, if the vibration amplitude needs to be adjusted, the Angle between the upper and lower vibration blocks of the motor in the equipment can be adjusted to the appropriate Angle, and different exciting forces can be obtained. Generally not adjusted.

Second, adjust the time according to the screening needs. The first two digits of the time relay in the middle of the front panel of the standard vibrating screen are minutes and the last two digits are seconds. The timing time can be adjusted as needed within 0-99 minutes and 59 seconds.

Third, the standard test screen used in the standard vibrating screen machine, the bottom of the screen bottom (non-porous screen), the top of the screen cover, the middle of the screen cover according to the requirements of the sieve size segment, from the top to the bottom from coarse to fine principle can be put into 1-7 layers of test screen, the need to screen the material into the top (also the most coarse screen) layer.

Fourth, put the standard test screen into the equipment and lock the nuts on the top and both sides. The specific practice is: first relax the four lock nuts on the top and sides of the standard vibrating screen machine, so that the two columns on both sides can fall freely and fall on the standard test screen that has been placed, and then lock the lock nuts on both sides, and finally lock the two nuts on the top of the screen machine. Note: The top and sides of the nuts must be locked

Fifth, after doing the above steps, open the green button on the front panel of the standard vibrating screen machine, after a period of time of screening, at the end of the timing, the screen machine automatically stops, you can also press the red button to end the screening. At the end of the screening, you can sift out the material of multiple particle size segments you need at one time.
