Introduction
The inspection screen is a standard analysis screen that integrates powder particle classification and liquid filtration. Suitable for laboratory, quality inspection room for particle size structure accurate analysis of particles, powder, liquid solid content test analysis. Optionally, add 1 layer to 8 layers of screen body, and multiple groups of samples can be decomposed for a material being tested.
It has the characteristics of low noise, high efficiency, high precision and excellent performance.
Principle
The latest type of vertical vibration motor is used, which generates horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional vibration, and then transmits this vibration to the standard sieve and material and has excellent classification.
Numerical control inspection screen features
1) The CNC inspection screen can be programmed differently according to the different samples to be processed.
2) Time timing is accurate to seconds.
In the screening process, the motor can be turned forward and reversed, so as to change the running track of the material and improve the screening efficiency and screening accuracy
Inspection screen usage method
1) According to the inspected material and the corresponding standards to determine the standard sieve to be selected.
2) Place the standard screen on the screen base from small to large according to the aperture, from bottom to top, and position the standard screen by grooves or positioning screws.
3) Put the material to be tested into the top standard sieve, (or cover the top cover of the standard sieve), then press the standard sieve with the sieve head on the wire column, tighten the nut on the wire column to press the standard sieve (note: both sides should be the same force), and lock the screw on both sides.
4) Check that the power supply voltage meets the requirements, connect the power supply, and turn on the power switch.
5) After the standard analysis sieve work stops, unscrew the nut on the wire column, remove the sieve head, and carefully remove the standard sieve.
6) Cut off the power
Note:
1) The standard analysis screen should be placed horizontally.
2) Confirm that the power supply meets the requirements and ensure grounding.
3) The vibration part should not be in contact with other objects.
4) The standard sieve must be positioned by grooves or positioning screws.
