The 1" core gripper is suitable for selection of core samples with a diameter of 1" and a height of 3/4" ~2" (can be designed according to the actual situation of users);
1.5" core gripper is suitable for selection of core samples with diameter of 1.5" and height of 3/4" ~ 3" (can be designed according to the actual situation of users);
It can increase confining pressure and axial pressure to the core and provide high pressure test gas and constant temperature environment.

Test the air path system |
All stainless steel air path structure, using 30MPa hydraulic pressure test; Equipped with 2 imported high-precision pressure sensors, the range is 0~200bar, the accuracy is 0.1%; The upper and lower core cavities can achieve a minimum cavity of 5ml to improve the accuracy of low permeability rock samples. According to the type of user rock sample, the number of expansion cavities can be increased to increase the upstream and downstream cavities of rock sample, so as to improve the test accuracy of rock sample with medium and high permeability. (Optional) The valve adopts the imported 316 stainless steel high pressure pneumatic diaphragm valve with high safety and high pressure resistance. It can realize automatic on/off control within the pressure range of 20MPa. The sealing performance reaches zero leakage and the service life is up to 500 million times. The whole gas path uses Swiss Infalcom helium mass spectrometry leak detector to detect the leakage, so that the instrument's air tightness is fully guaranteed. |
