A. Working principle
HPBM series heavy horizontal planetary grinding machine is equipped with four grinding tanks on the same planetary turntable. When the turntable rotates, the grinding tank rotates around the axis of the planetary turntable while rotating around its own axis, making planetary movement. The grinding balls in the tank collide with each other in high-speed motion to grind and polish the product.

D. Working environment and maintenance
1. Indoor, below 1000 meters above sea level, no corrosive gas, dust and direct sunlight, environment temperature: -10 ~ +50℃, humidity ≤95%.
2. The company provides voltage, air source: three-phase 380V±10%, the lubrication system intake range of 0.6~0.8mpa.
3. Regularly check whether the screws of the moving parts of the equipment structure are loose and misplaced.
4. Regularly check the maintenance of equipment and electrical control line power cables are damaged, wiring terminals are loose.
