A. Brief introduction:
Planetary ball mill is a necessary device for mixing, fine grinding, small sample preparation, nanomaterial dispersion, new product development and small batch production of high-tech materials. The product is small in size, full-featured, high in efficiency and low in noise, it is the ideal equipment for scientific research units, colleges and universities, enterprise laboratories to obtain micro-particle research specimens (four samples can be obtained at the same time for each experiment), equipped with vacuum ball milling jars, it can be used to grind specimens under vacuum. The rotating speed, forward and reverse alternating time, and total grinding time can be set according to the process requirements.
B. Working Principle:
In a turntable equipped with a ball mill jar, when the turntable rotates, the ball mill jar in the main disk around the axis of the rotary at the same time and around its own axis for planetary rotation movement, the grinding balls in the jar and the material in the high-speed movement of mutual collision, shear and friction, to achieve crushing, grinding, mixing and dispersion of the material purpose. The imbalance generated by a single jar can be adjustable compensation through the counterweight device, the equipment can be used dry, wet two methods of grinding different particle sizes, materials of various types of solid particles, suspensions and pastes, the minimum particle size of the ground product can be up to 0.1 microns.
