The sealing surface is then mirror-polished to achieve a mirror-like effect with a surface roughness of 0.02um. The friction coefficient is extremely low, and the self-super-wear-resisting wear of the sealing ring is very small, achieving high sealing performance with a long life. This is one of the magic weapons for many of our customers to keep the negative pressure above -98Kpa after using it for several years.

Sealing ring: The super wear-resistant sealing ring of Bayer company in Germany is adopted, and the wear resistance capacity can reach the line speed of 40M/S. The line speed of our equipment is only 4M/S at 2000 rpm. The pressure can withstand 20KG/c㎡. This is the second magic weapon for many of our customers to maintain negative pressure above -98Kpa after using it for several years.

Vacuum pump: German technology Small Diamon grade vacuum pump, built-in forced lubricating oil pump, sufficient lubrication, reliable performance, low noise, with our company's unique 4-stage filtration, to meet the requirements of clean room.

Gear: It adopts the structure of automobile spiral bevel gear, which has stable operation, low noise and long service life.

Swivel arm: It adopts the whole swivel arm, which is all made of magnesium-aluminum 7075 imported from the United States, which ensures the accuracy and later stability of the product, and the center error is not greater than ±0.02. High interchangeability, the same type of machine arm can be interchanged freely, easy maintenance.

Vacuum stirring and defoaming machine: high vacuum degree, long life (the vacuum degree of the machine that has been maintained and maintained on time will not be less than 5% in 10 years, the vacuum degree will be maintained below -95Kpa, the more negative the vacuum degree, the higher the vacuum degree), Easy maintenance: The overall material processing of the rotating arm is highly interchangeable, and it is easy for customers to replace parts by themselves, or they can send them back to our company for replacement parts.
