Features:
1. Spindle: Adopt Swiss ASSAB S136 mirror mold steel, after multiple heat treatment, the overall hardness reaches HRC62 degrees. The shaft is ground as a whole, and the full runout does not exceed 1 wire. The sealing surface is then mirror-polished to achieve a mirror-like effect with a surface roughness of 0.02um. The friction coefficient is extremely low, and the self-super wear-resisting wear of the sealing ring is very small, achieving high sealing performance with a long life. 10 years without air leakage.
2. Sealing ring: The super wear-resistant sealing ring of German Bayer company is adopted, and the wear resistance capacity can reach the line speed of 40M/S. The line speed of our equipment is only 6M/S at 2500 rpm. The pressure can withstand 20KG/CM3. Ten years without leaks.
3. Vacuum pump: Using German technology Small Diamad (s masonry grade) vacuum pump, the noise is 50 decibels in the ultimate vacuum, one of the highest levels in the same level.
4. Transmission: The bicycle spiral bevel gear structure pioneered in China is used in the stirring and defoaming machine, with stable operation, low noise and long service life.
5.
