MSK-AFA-I automatic coater is widely used in various high temperature coating research, such as ceramic film, crystal film, battery material film, special nano-film, and can adapt to the future development of film forming technology under high temperature conditions. MSK-AFA-I automatic coating machine adopts vacuum adsorption method to fix the substrate, so that the substrate is free of wrinkles during the coating process, thus making the coating process is even and smooth. The film thickness can be adjusted according to the micrometer above the squeegee, and the film thickness is thin if the gap between the squeegee and the substrate is small, and thick if the gap between the squeegee and the substrate is large. The film length can be controlled according to the squeegee stroke, which can be adjusted in the range of 10-290mm. MSK-AFA-I automatic coater is compact and suitable for use in various laboratories.
