MSK-AFA-III small cast automatic drying and coating machine is widely used in various high temperature coating research, such as ceramic type film, crystal type film, battery material film, special nano film, and can adapt to the future development of film forming technology under high temperature conditions. MSK-AFA-III small cast automatic drying and coating machine can achieve smooth and uniform coating effect by pushing the precision film maker at a uniform speed. The advance speed of the film maker can be controlled according to individual needs. The vacuum adsorption method to fix the substrate makes the substrate wrinkle-free during the coating process, thus making the coating smoother. After coating, the top cover can heat and dry the film with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. It is especially suitable for the preparation of solid electrolyte and lithium battery pole piece.
