Operation interface (Manual mode)
a. Manual interface: Various parameters, pressure, temperature, time, sample size, etc. can be set separately in this interface
b. Press button: Press according to the parameters set on the interface.
c. Upper plate button: Start heating the upper plate according to the set temperature.
d. Lower plate button: Start heating the lower plate according to the set temperature.
e. Timing switch: The timing function can be turned on and off.
Operation interface (Automatic mode)
a. Start button: It can be pressurized and heated according to the multi-stage pressurization program.
b. Stop button: During the pressurization process, you can stop the pressurization process.
c. List/curve: You can switch the current display state, list and curve.
Setting interface
a. Tap Settings on the operation screen to enter the Settings screen. The Settings screen has four ICONS.
b. Program Settings: you can set up multiple pressure procedures and pressure holding time.
c. Sample setting: The shape and size of the sample can be set to facilitate the user to calculate the pressure of the sample.
d. Data management: Previously saved data records can be invoked and modified..
e. System Settings: Administrators can set various parameters, enter the password "666"
Setting interface
a. Multi-segment program setting, you can set the heating program within 5 segments.
b. Invoke button, you can invoke the set parameters, to the automatic operation interface, applying pressure.
c. Save button, you can save the set parameters to the database, easy to call later.
d. Back button to return to the setting screen.
Setting interface
a. Sample shape: Square, round, ring can be set.
b. Sample size: Specific length can be set.
c. Extrusion pressure: The standard mode of the automatic tablet press has the stripping function, and the pressure of the stripping function can be set.
d. Rapid cooling: If the device is connected to a water cooler, there is a water cooler socket behind the device, and the water cooler can be quickly lowered to the set temperature by opening the water cooler during the rapid cooling procedure. The device can automatically control the opening and closing of the water cooler.
e. Cooling range: "5" indicates that the current temperature is greater than the set temperature, and the value begins to cool down. “300” indicates that the temperature starts to heat up when the set temperature is lower than the current temperature.
f. Supplementary pressure range: refers to when the current pressure is less than the set pressure value, and the value is above 0.2, the equipment starts to supplementary pressure, and the pressure is supplementary to the set value.

1.The pump uses AC brush motor, generally 6 months to replace a brush.
