Setting interface

Settings:

Under the operation interface, press the setting button to enter the setting interface and then press the setting button to move the setting content. After moving to the mold diameter, press the setting button again to return to the operation interface.

+ :

Under the operation interface, press the "+" key to increase the setting number

-:

Under the operation interface, press the "-" key to reduce the number of Settings

Preloading:

Press the prepress button to close the upper and lower heating plates together.

Operating interface

Upper plate:

Press the "upper plate" button on the operation interface, the upper plate starts to heat to the set temperature, and the temperature will be automatically timed, and the heating will stop after the timing is over. Or press the "upper plate" button again, the upper plate will stop heating. All setting buttons are invalid during heating.

Lower plate;

Press the "Lower plate" button on the operation interface, and the lower plate will be heated to the set temperature automatically. When the timing is over, stop heating. Or press "lower plate" button again, the lower plate stops heating. All setting buttons are invalid during heating.

Stop:

When the equipment is running, press the "Stop" button, the equipment will stop the motor operation and open the pressure relief valve to release the pressure.

Pressurization:

Press the "pressurization" button, and the device will start. When the pressure reaches the set pressure, the pressurization will be stopped and the pressure will be kept by timing. When the pressure is lower than the lower limit of pressurization, the pressure will be replenishedautomatically.
