The equipment adopts bottom vacuum adsorption sample and has bottom heating function, the heating temperature can reach up to 120℃, which can realize the function of baking film at the same time during the coating process and make the film dry quickly. The upper cover adopts ultraviolet light source, which is especially suitable for materials sensitive to ultraviolet light and can make the coated film cured quickly; in addition, the ultraviolet light also has polymerization function, which can polymerize monomer into polymer film.
