MSK-USP-04CT ultrasonic spray pyrolysis coating machine, the spray machine uses a stepper motor and a microprocessor to control the positive displacement pump, so as to ensure that the infusion device accurately transport solvent, to ensure the continuity of the ultrasonic spray process. The thin micro-nano coating is prepared by an ultrasonic atomizer, and the atomizer is controlled by a stepper motor to move in the X and Y axis directions, and the moving speed can be adjusted within a certain range to ensure the uniformity of the coating on the substrate surface after spraying.
