The thin micro-nano coating is prepared by an ultrasonic atomizer, and the atomizer is controlled by a stepper motor to move in the X and Y axis directions, and the moving speed can be adjusted within a certain range to ensure the uniformity of the coating on the substrate surface after spraying.
