Lab High Purity Quartz Cavity Small Evaporation Coater
Introduction
This instrument is a small evaporation coating instrument with evaporation temperature from 200℃ to 1700℃, using tungsten wire basket as the evaporation source and high purity alumina crucible as the evaporation source jacket. The distance of the sample table from the evaporation source is adjustable. The instrument has a high precision temperature control system and adopts circulating heating method, which can evaporate metals and some organic materials stably. High-purity quartz chamber is used as the vacuum chamber, and the coating process is completely visible. The instrument is equipped with double-pole rotary vane vacuum pump as standard, which can quickly reach the vacuum level of 1.0E-1Pa and can meet the vacuum environment required for most evaporation coating experiments. This instrument is suitable for evaporation coating of most metals and some organic materials, compact structure and small size, is a cost-effective laboratory coating equipment.
