Application:
CO2 Incubator with O2 control is mainly through the control of O2 or N2 input, to achieve the three gases O2, N2 and CO2 gas control respectively. It is widely used in modern medicine, biology, chemistry and agriculture science for the culture of biological cells, tissues and bacterial.
Features:
★ Large touch screen, microcomputer PID controller. Parameters are digital display; each working state has LED indication.
★ Air jacket structure.
★Imported CO2 infrared sensor and gold-plated probes to ensure accuracy, long life time.
★ Imported O2 sensor to control O2 concentration between 1-25%.
★ Polished 316 stainless-steel chamber with air duct. Housing is made of powder coated steel plate.
★ Equipped with fan for forced convection, ensuring good temperature uniformity and the balance of gas concentration inside.
★ Two probes are used to control the chamber and door temperature.
★ When door opened, the fan, the CO2 and N2 inlet valve will be automatically turned off. Heating will be stopped also to reduce the pollution caused by the entry of air.
★ Alarm function for temperature and gas concentration and no gas intaking, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
★Natural evaporation for humidification to ensure the chamber can maintain good humidity.
★ Leakage protection.
