1-13 Security Operations

A. Relying on the frequency converter and limit stroke switch, through the specially designed control route, to ensure that the upper tank body to the specified position automatically stop.

B. During the rise of the upper tank, the mixing and dispersing part of the equipment cannot be started; Similarly, when the machine is running the mixture, the upper tank cannot be raised and the mixing tank cannot be opened.

C. The use of proximity switches and other circuit design to ensure that the vacuum state, planetary working parts can not rise.

D. Special vacuum buffer tank design, can effectively prevent the vacuum pump oil back into the mixing tank phenomenon.

0-300℃, the temperature probe is located on the wall of the tank near the bottom of the tank and is directly in contact with the material.

2. Instructions

2-1 Sealing material

A. Static seal: silicone rubber/fluorine rubber/butadiene rubber "O" or "trapezoidal" sealing ring, depending on the working condition.

B. Dynamic seal: SiC-S+ fluorine rubber.

2-2 High speed bearings

Dispersion/emulsification shaft and one high speed intermediate drive shaft are made of FAG or NSK.

2-3 Dispersion effect

Dispersion/emulsification shaft drive adopts high-quality synchronous belt, so that the dispersion/emulsification shaft does not lose rotation, dispersion shear and emulsification homogenization effect is good.

2-4 Technical documents

The supplier shall provide a full set of technical documents and technical specifications of the machine parts.
