A. Product Introduction
Planetary ball mill is a necessary device for mixing, fine grinding, small sample preparation, nano material dispersion, new product development and small batch production of high-tech materials. With small size, full function, high efficiency and low noise, the product is an ideal equipment for scientific research units, universities and enterprise laboratories to obtain micro particle research samples (four samples can be obtained at the same time for each experiment). With vacuum ball milling tank, the sample can be ground under vacuum. Widely used in geology, minerals, metallurgy, electronics, building materials, ceramics, chemical, light industry, beauty, environmental protection and other departments. The rotational speed, alternating time of forward and reverse rotation, and total grinding time can be set according to the process requirements.
B. How it works
PBM series planetary ball mill is equipped with four ball grinding tanks on the same planetary mechanism disk, when the planetary disk rotates, the ball grinding tank rotates around the axis of the disk and rotates around its own axis at the same time, making planetary motion. The grinding balls in the tank collide with each other in high speed motion, grinding and mixing the sample. The product can grind and mix products with different particle sizes and materials in dry and wet ways. The minimum particle size of the grinding product can reach 0.1 micron (1.0×10mm-4).

D. Product Features
a. Equipment through professional appearance design, the shell adopts high precision laser cutting, CNC bending molding, generous and delicate, high-end and stable;
b. The e planetary disk and structural components are processed by numerical control processing technology and nitriding metal heat treatment technology to ensure wear resistance of rotating shaft parts and prevent shaft breakage.
