1. Oven use range:

Suitable for lithium-ion battery pole piece, electric core, to be injected liquid battery baking

 

2. Configuration

A. Box: 3.0mm imported 304 stainless steel, reinforcing bars for the same material processing

B. Frame: made of 1.5mm, 2.0mm high-quality cold-rolled plate, composed of two layers of heat preservation, cotton for aluminum silicate, aluminum foil cotton, sound insulation cotton three kinds of layered production

C. Hot air system: each layer is composed of fan, heat box, air duct, air duct, etc., to achieve better temperature consistency.

D. Control system: composed of PLC, touch screen, pressure sensor, high vacuum baffle valve, solid state relay, temperature controller, solenoid valve group, etc.

3. Machine features

A. Principle: Surrounding hot air circulation. Double-layer heat insulation type heat preservation, the outer temperature is lower than 45 degrees (except glass door);

B. Heating structure: O-type external circulation wind, the left side of the wind, the right side of the suction wind, to achieve temperature consistency;

C. High-vacuum pneumatic baffle valve, isolated three-layer separate control;

D. Touch screen display, automatic cycle automatic control, complete the last step back to the vacuum holding pressure; digital display security temperature;

G. The control screen adopts touch screen centralized operation, easy to operate and reliable control. Program controller adopts PLC control, stable and reliable work;

H. Three oven separate control, you can set the total baking time, cycle time, vacuum time, drying time, parameters set, you can press the automatic button to enter the automatic baking program, when the time reaches the baking time automatically shut down, if the temperature exceeds the safe temperature value, it will automatically send out an alarm and the red indicator light on, and automatically stop heating, and in the display screen to show the alarm information;

I. To the box filled with dry gas to -0.1Mpa to -0.02Mpa between any set value can automatically stop filling;

J. Normal work, fault prompting alarm and the cause of the failure can be described on the screen;

The vacuum tube is anticorrosive;

6. Installation conditions

6.1 The distance between the front side of the oven and the wall shall not be less than 1500mm, and the left and right sides of the back side shall not be less than 500mm, and the user shall provide independent power distribution switch and be responsible for the connection of the power supply outside the equipment.

6.2 Installation area conditions (provided by Party A):
