Product Overview:
The Lab2000 glovebox is a high performance, high quality, automatic water and oxygen molecule absorption super purification glovebox that provides a closed loop working system for purification work environment requirements that can meet your specific cleaning requirements applications with an inert 1ppm O2 and H2O atmosphere. The system is an economical recirculating purification system designed to meet customer research and development.
The Lab2000 system consists of a closed chamber, a transition chamber, an imported rotary vane vacuum pump and a recirculating purification system with an integrated microcontroller operating panel. The standard Lab2000 system is equipped with an inert gas purification system with a set of purification columns (fully automatic and renewable) to purify and maintain the atmosphere inside the glove box.
Widely used in water-free, oxygen-free and dust-free ultra-pure environments such as: lithium-ion batteries and materials, semiconductors, supercapacitors, special lamps, laser welding, brazing, material synthesis, OLED, MOCVD, etc. It also includes biological applications such as anaerobic bacteria culture, cellular hypoxic culture, etc.

Simple: manufactured in strict accordance with German process standards and operated by Siemens 7" touch screen, the operating interface is simple and easy to use.
Safety: modular design, professional leak-free sealing technology, ultra-low leakage rate ≤ 0.001%, (industry standard ≤0.050%), strictly according to the standard "EJ_T1096_1999_sealing chamber sealing classification and its test method" in the first class sealed chamber acceptance.
High efficiency: ultra-low water oxygen ≤ 1ppm, up to 0.1ppm, imported purification materials, high adsorption efficiency, regenerated once a year, reuse.
Energy-saving: ultra-low power of the whole machine, intelligent control of the fan and vacuum pump.
