The MSK-E110 pressure controllable electric button battery sealing machine is motor driven to achieve the encapsulation and decapsulation process for button batteries. The standard configuration of sealing moulds can be used to seal series of button batteries with a diameter of 20mm such as CR2016, CR2025, CR2032, etc. Other diameter button batteries (e.g. CR2450, CR1620, etc.) can be sealed after replacing the mould accessories. Optional dismantling moulds are available for complete dismantling of the positive and negative battery cases after button cell sealing to facilitate the ingestion of samples of the internal battery materials for research and analysis.
