High Speed Grinding Mixing Vibrating Ball Mill for Coin Cell Production
Product overview:
Sfm-3 high speed vibrating ball mill can be used for dry, wet two methods of ball grinding or mixing different particle size, different materials of all kinds of solid, suspension and slurry, high speed vibrating ball mill has an eccentric pendulum shaft, when the motor is running at high speed, the tank produces eccentric swing;Drive the whole bracket up and down vibration, making the grinding process in the three-dimensional space of high speed swing and vibration to complete, greatly improve the speed and efficiency of grinding.
Product features:
Swing speed: 1200RPM, can achieve efficient ball grinding and mixing;
Ball grinding tank: standard with a 80ml stainless steel tank and 80ml nylon tank (optional corundum tank and agate tank);
The jars come with a gasket to facilitate wet milling;

0-120 minutes (adjustable) |
Maximum ball milling |
The maximum amount of sample is 1/3 of the volume of the tank |
The feed size of the sample to be ball milled |
≤1mm |
Discharge particle size |
For general ceramic powders with a discharge size of 0.1um Note: To obtain the ideal ball milling result, it depends on the nature of the material itself, the time and speed of the ball milling, and the combination of the tank and the grinding balls. Therefore, customers need to explore the suitable ball milling method for their sample material. You are welcome to try it out in our laboratory before purchasing |
Notes on use |
Recommendation: For 50ml aluminium and onyx jars, it is recommended to use grinding balls with a diameter of less than 10mm For the selection of jars and grinding balls it is recommended that (1) Stainless steel mixing jars are suitable for ball milling of all metal materials (2) For oxide materials corundum, nylon and agate jars are recommended. Note: Stainless steel grinding balls should not be used in corundum jars to prevent the balls from bonding to the jar body. |
