Description：
The PTL-AADC 4-station tilting lift coater is a lift coater with a tilt angle that applies a nano-coating to the sample by immersing the sample in a beaker containing the coating material. The sample tilt angle can be set in the range of 0-45° as required. The machine is equipped with 4 pull-up bars and 4 beakers, which can be filled with 4 different coating materials at the same time. The immersion speed, immersion time in the beaker, lifting speed and drying time can be set individually for each beaker, and the PTL-AADC 4-station lift-off coater works at a suitable angle to lift the sample out of the coating material. One of the advantages of the PTL-AADC 4-station tilting lift coater is that it is possible to achieve the desired coating properties by reducing the number of coats or coating steps.
