Lab 1700C High Temperature Hydrogen Atmosphere Furnace
Description:This atmosphere box furnace uses 1800 molybdenum wire as heating element, double-layer shell structure and Japan Island Electric 40-stage program temperature control system, phase shift trigger, thyristor control, and furnace polycrystalline fiber material. The double-layer furnace shell is equipped with an air-cooling system, which can quickly raise and lower the temperature. The whole shell is sealed, the cover is sealed with silicone mud, the furnace door is made of silica gel pad and the water cooling system is used. After the gas flows through the flowmeter, it enters and exits through the back. There are multiple burners at the inlet and outlet of the furnace. The burner can be pre-vacuum and can pass hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon monoxide, ammonia decomposition gas, etc. The furnace has a warm field balance and a low surface temperature. The advantages of fast temperature rise and low energy saving are ideal products for universities, research institutes and industrial and mining enterprises to do atmosphere protection and sintering and atmosphere reduction.
Software control system: The furnace is equipped with communication interface and software. It can directly control the parameters of the furnace through the computer, and can observe the PV and SV temperature values on the furnace and the operation of the instrument from the computer. The actual heating curve of the furnace will be computerized. Painted in real time, and can save the temperature data at each moment, and can be called up at any time. (optional)
Open cover protection system: The furnace is equipped with a travel switch, which automatically cuts off the power when the cover is opened, effectively ensuring the safety of the user.
Sealing system:The top cover and the furnace door (other places have been welded) are sealed and sealed by silicone O-rings. It is easy to remove and remove, and can be repeatedly removed. It has good air tightness and can guarantee 8 hours of pressure gauge pointer without deflection.
Furnace material: It adopts imported furnace material from Japan, which does not drop powder, has good thermal insulation performance, high reflectivity, balanced temperature field, and strong resistance to heat expansion and contraction.
Heating element: The heating element (type 1800 molybdenum wire) is hung on both sides of the furnace by hanging plate (instead of penetrating into the middle of the furnace material), which improves the thermal efficiency and makes the replacement of the heating element more convenient.
Leakage protection function: The furnace is equipped with a leakage air switch, which automatically cuts off the power when the furnace body leaks to ensure the safety of use.
Outlet valve: The outlet valve is a check valve, and the gas can only flow out and cannot flow back.
(Optional) Explosion-proof system: The explosion-proof system consists of a solenoid valve, a microcomputer, a pressure display and a transmitter, a 24V power supply, and an AC contactor. The pressure in the furnace is transferred to the microcomputer through the pressure display and the transmitter, and the microcomputer controls the AC valve by controlling the AC contactor by comparing with the set value and then giving a signal to control the AC contactor. When the pressure in the furnace is greater than the allowable pressure we set, the solenoid valve will open immediately, which will play an explosion-proof role. On the solenoid valve, we installed the air outlet pipe. The user can connect the pipe to discharge the gas to the outside, and the explosion-proof valve is one-way. The valve can only be vented and cannot be returned, which effectively guarantees the safety of the furnace.
This explosion-proof system has many advantages:
(1) Reusability: When the pressure is greater than the set value, the solenoid valve is opened. When the pressure is lower than the set value, the solenoid valve is closed. Unlike the mechanical riot device, it cannot be used once it is exploded.
(2), the set value is adjustable: the user can adjust the opening pressure of the solenoid valve through the microcomputer as needed
(3), the explosion-proof point is very sensitive: due to the use of microcomputer and electrical signals, the pressure immediately detonated when the explosion point.
(4) Safety of explosion-proof system: No debris flies out during detonation. (If mechanical, there may be glass flakes flying out)
(5), the stability of the explosion-proof system is good: due to the use of microcomputers and solenoid valves, it will definitely detonate at our set point, the user can test, unlike the mechanical type can not test, whether the explosion-proof point will open or not there are many Certainty.
(Optional) Gas supply system: The furnace can be equipped with 2-way or 3-way float flowmeter. The flow rate of the gas can be controlled by the float flowmeter. There are stainless steel valves at each inlet. You can choose one or several of them. The gas is adjusted, and the gas enters the gas mixing tank after passing through the flow meter, and then enters the furnace body in three ways, so that the gas can be uniformly flowed into the furnace body.
(Optional) Vacuum system: The atmospheric chamber furnace can be pre-vacuumed to accelerate the cleaning of the air inside the furnace.
(Optional) Combustion device: The furnace can be equipped with a hydrogen combustion controller, a burner, an ignition high pressure package and a flame detector. The furnace can be automatically ignited, the ignition is completed, the normal operation indicator light is on, and the flame detection starts. If the flame is halfway When it is extinguished, the air outlet solenoid valve will automatically close and an audible and visual alarm will be issued.
(Optional) Hydrogen detector: The furnace can be equipped with a hydrogen detector. When the hydrogen concentration around the furnace reaches the alarm point of the hydrogen detector, the hydrogen detector will automatically alarm.
(Optional) Water-cooling system: The furnace is equipped with a water-cooling machine, which can automatically water-cool the road entrance.
