Product Overview:
A. The instrument is divided into two sets of devices, test execution device and test control device; The test execution device is placed in a shielded room.
B. The test execution device in the hot room adopts all-metal structure for radioactive environment, and adopts thickened lead plate to protect key components;
C. Test control device outside the hot room, all possible parts are placed in the test control part outside the shield, such as circuit control board, power supply, computer, air compressor, etc., to realize convenient maintenance;

I. Liquid can be filtered in the radiation environment self-cleaning;
J. Density test range: sample density to be tested should be > 1g/cm³;
K. Accuracy and stability: For the standard sample with a density of 7.915±0.01g/cm³ (volume of about 100cm³), dry weight and wet weight shall be tested for 6 consecutive times respectively. If the relative standard deviation of dry weight and wet weight of 6 consecutive tests is no more than 0.04%, the stability shall meet the requirements; If the density value calculated by the average value of dry and wet weight for 6 times is within the range of standard value, the accuracy meets the requirements.
L. After clicking the Start button of the software, the program will automatically execute the following steps:
(1) The sample is blown clean by air flow at the initial position;
(2) The sample is automatically transported to the weighing position from the initial position;
(3) Sample dry weight was obtained;
(4) The sample automatically leaves the weighing position;
(5) The liquid pool rises;
(6) Hook into liquid lifting hook buoyancy zero;
(7) sample into liquid for wet weight acquisition;
(8) Samples from the weighing position automatically transferred back to the samples were liquid dried at the initial position;
M. Sample test before surface automatic cleaning: pulse high-pressure air purge; Pulse duration, frequency can be set freely program;
N. The sample surface temperature can be tested, and adopts redundant backup design, double temperature sensor;
O. Liquid heating temperature control device, temperature control range: 5~50℃, control accuracy error ≤±0.1℃;
P. Liquid temperature test adopts redundant backup design, double temperature sensor;
Q. Liquid tank automatic lifting device;
R. Sample surface cleaning after test: high-pressure air purge; Duration can be freely programmed;
