I. Glove box standard configuration and main technical indicators
1. Box
1.1 Box size: 1200 (L) * 750 (W) * 900 (H) mm
1.2 Material: all stainless steel structure (Type 304), thickness 3mm, inner surface brushed.
1.3 2 Glove ports: 220mm in diameter, made of hard aluminum alloy with anti-corrosion treatment.
1.4 Gloves: American brand, glove caliber 8 inches, thickness 0.4 mm, butyl rubber material.
1.5 Window: front observation window (corrosion-resistant), tilted design of the operating surface, removable 8 mm safety tempered glass front window, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, good light transmission, sealing ring with 3/8 inch thick OMEGA seal.
1.6 Can maintain a certain pressure (0-12mbar) when using.
1.7 The box is equipped with anti-reflective lighting energy-saving lamps, soft light.
1.8 The box is preset with 1 multi-hole power terminal board (power supply: 220V±10% 50Hz±10%)
1.9 5 Standard KF-40 interfaces are set in the box for accessing liquid, gas, signal, etc.
1.10 Bracket: with casters, height 950mm. casters with leveling, moving, fixed and other functions.
1.11 Shelf: two adjustable stainless steel brackets behind.
2. Transition cabinet
2.1.Shape: cylindrical (304 stainless steel), and the glove box flange connection, the use of shaft-locked large transition cabinet 10mm thick, the gas of the spring diagonal pull easy to operate.
2.2. Size: diameter 360mm, 600mm long large transition cabinet, piston door, transition cabinet with a sliding tray, polished;
2.3. box set up a small transition cabinet on the right side, the right side of the specifications: diameter 150mm, length 300mm, manual valve control pumping and make-up air;
2.4. Tray: stainless steel, free to move the extension (used for large transition cabinet)
2.5 Vacuum ≤ 1bar (large and small right over the cabin are required to vacuum with display)
3. Control system
3.1 Inlet and outlet are controlled by solenoid valve.
3.2 Pressure control: control box pressure at a set value (0-12mbar), automatic pressure control.
3.3 Foot pedal: can control the pressure of the glove box, easy to operate.
3.4 The box is equipped with anti-reflective lighting energy-saving lamps, soft light.
4. Vacuum system
The vacuum pump is British Edwards vacuum pump, model RV12, flow rate 12m3/h, ultimate vacuum 2x10-3 millibar. It can vacuum the transition chamber and realize separate control at any time. (Imported from abroad)
