1.Overtemperature alarm: when the temperature in the furnace rises to the alarm temperature, the power supply will be cut off automatically and the alarm light will be on.  

2.Couple break alarm: open thermocouple, instrument alarm and automatic power off.

The vacuum unit is composed of Mechanical pump. All the machines selected are the best domestic brand Chengdu Nanguang machine.

The compound vacuum gauge brand is Chengdu Ruibao, ionization vacuum gauge adopts durable metal gauge, rather than cheap and easy to break glass gauge.

The suction port of the vacuum pump is equipped with an electromagnetic differential pressure valve to prevent the vacuum pump oil suction caused by misoperation or sudden power failure.

Vacuum tank and vacuum pump connected with bellows, manual flapper valve control.
